Hawaii- Best Place Ever!

So last summer i went to Hawaii with my family. We went to the island Maui. In Maui, theres Haleakala National Park. Its about a 2 hour drive up there so it was a very boring car drive up. We were going to the national park for 2 days and the driving back. Theres lots of animals and cool sites. We went to some ancient pool thing( i dont remember what its called) and we did some tribal thingy. So, I was going to the bathroom in our hotel room(it was pretty nice) and opened up the lid and there was thousands of these big, gross ants!   I told my mom and dad and they called the front desk and they came up and went to the bathroom and came out with a big bag and said everything was fine. Later that day, I was about to get in my bed when I saw this like lizard thing on the ceiling of the room. Again i told my mom and dad and they called the front desk and they brought a cage and took it out. I went to bed. The next morning we were leaving Haeleaka Park just beacause well.....ya know. So we get back to Maui and we go to the beach....which is sooo relaxing and nice, and we can go surfing. So i learned how to surf....I went to get something to eat. They had this weird taco thing with all these kinds of fish and weird stuff on it. I  got it payed for it( $5.00 just for a taco!) I bite into it and found out it was really good, but something bad had to happen like always. I was getting near the end of it when i bite into it again and theres this chewy thing. I spit it out and theres this FISH EYE!! I was so grossed out. I went back to the beach and started playing in the water and sand and laying out and it was really nice. We went on this boat and did whale watching which was super cool because we got to see this GIANT whale do a flip right in front of us! The next day we went snorkeling and underwater in the ocean is really cool. I saw schools of fish, starfish, all these colorful plants and it was like a miracle land. Later that night, we go to a dance club and its really cool to learn all these dance moves. We got back about 1:00 and went to bed. The next day was the last day in Hawaii and the last night. We went to the beach and did the usual and actually went in a submarine and saw sharks and stuff like that. Later that night, we went to a campfire and sang songs and stuff. I was really glad that the last night was really fun. I was watching T.V and i see this like HUGE coakcroach! and then i see another one and another one and another one and then theres a bunch of coakroaches all over our hotel room. So, we decide to leave Hawaii early.
It was really fun but watch out for those bugs!

GOOD MOVIE!

About a month ago i went to the theaters to see Soul Surfer. Its about this girl and shes like this pro surfer and everyone loves her and everything. Well she was souppoused to go to this country im pretty sure Thailand and instead she wanted to be in this surf compeitition. Well, one day shes out surfing and a shark bites her arm off. She dosent scream at all. She goes through alot of stuff she would have never had to go through if she hadnt been bitten by the shark. Its really inspiring to see all the stuff she has to do differently and how she fights through it and she also goes to Thailand to help kids and she teaches this kid to surf too. It's also a true story being reenacted. This is one of my favorite movies because at first she loses all hope of everything after her arm is off but after awhile her family helps her get through it and go to Thailand and also be in this surf compeition. I really recommend this!

SUPER GOOD MONGOLIAN BEEF RECIPE!!

Okay so last night I was at a Family Reunion and i was getting really hungry. I go to see what they have. They have hamburgers,hotdogs, chips, drinks, everything you could think of. I go past this meat table and i see this mongolian beef. It looks super good and i want to try it. I take a piece and bite it. OH MY GOD!! It was amazing. The moment it went into my mouth  it bursted into juicy sauces and the chicken was tender and soft. There were seaseme seeds so everytime i bite down there was a crunch. It was just soooo good that i took the whole platter(which had about 10) and went around to their backyard and started eating it all. My cousin Elenore comes around and asks me what im doing i throw the platter of mongolian beef in the bush(i regret it know and it still had like 5) and walk towards her and say nothing and we walk away. I really want some mongolian beef now!!!

Guy writes his will in Kabul hotel

Hey its me again. So I was looking through some world news and found something really interesting. This U.S. citizen was in this Afaghanastan hotel and he started hear explosions. I mean, wouldn't it be scary if you started hearing gunfire and bombs right outside your window? The explosions start like moving him because there so close and i mean that would be fun to go up and down but still very terrifying and scary and you could get hurt. So he starts writing a will, thats what i would probably do because you never know with wars....Anyways after sometime he hears english voices...which is very comforting. I would be like "Hooray!" and "Finally!". So theres a bunch of smoke and he could hardly breathe so thats bad. They went down to the basement and stayed safe down there. He thinks that this war should end. I agree with everything he said. I mean, we can't just  keep losing men in war and keep sending more out. We need to get out and bring our soldiers home. Theres alot of kids and wifes and husbands out there waiting for their loved ones and not hoping that there out in some minefield exploded to pieces. I guess Obama is bringing them home in 15 months which is pretty good, ya know, but hopefully he dosent send them back out.

Today I met a girl named Grace. I asked some questions and this is what i found out.
She likes biking with her sister, reading, and writing. She lives in Davenport, Iowa and is going to go to Sudlow in the fall. Grace is 10 and will soon be 11 in July. She has 1 dog and has older brother and sister. She likes listening to Justin Beiber, which is her favorite artist. Her favorite book is Breaking Dawn. She loves the color purple and her favorite movie is Chicago. She also does Gymnastics.She's super nice.
